Privacy policy

This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you use https://renew-aesthetics.co.uk, buy from us or get in touch. ReNEW Aesthetics is the data controller.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and what you bought.
• When you contact us or request a consultation: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us in your message.
• When you subscribe: your email address.

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To fulfil your order and provide customer service — performance of a contract.
• To answer enquiries and arrange consultations — legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
• To send marketing emails — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that make the site work, and only as far as they need it:

• Stripe — payment processing, fraud prevention and receipts.
• Brevo — sending our enquiry notifications and newsletter.
• Our delivery carrier — the name and address needed to deliver your order.

We never sell your personal data.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device — it isn't sent to us until you check out, and you can clear it at any time by emptying your basket. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payment securely and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Enquiry correspondence is kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email info@sunlightdental.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you think we've handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
