Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days; delivery normally takes a further 2–5 working days from dispatch.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please contact us so we can chase it.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of skincare or supplements once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty or was not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To start a return, email info@sunlightdental.co.uk or call 0151 645 5473 with your order number. We'll confirm the return address before you send anything back. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we'll put it right — a replacement or a full refund, including the delivery you paid and the cost of returning it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or of you providing proof of postage — whichever is sooner. Card refunds usually appear within 3–5 working days of being issued.

Reactions and suitability

Our products contain active ingredients. We recommend patch testing before first use, particularly with retinols and acids. If you experience a reaction, stop using the product and contact us — we'd rather hear about it. Nothing on this site is medical advice; if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision, speak to your healthcare practitioner first.
